4-H Tack Sale

Support Clackamas County 4-H at the Glendel Campbell Memorial Tack Sale and the HEARTH Bake Sale! Hundreds of vendors and thousands of people attend the sales each Fall and Spring.

Special announcement: The fairgrounds is constructing a new barn. There will be fenced off areas and flagging to direct people and vehicles. Please be respectful of our volunteers and the fairgrounds staff. Follow the signs and walk, park and drive where directed. We are very excited about the future barn!

Information for Attendees:

• Bring cash for admission and parking. An ATM may be available on site. Some vendors accept credit cards.
• Do not bring pets or emotional support animals. Only ADA Assistance Dogs are allowed on the fairgrounds.
• No smoking or vaping is allowed on the fairgrounds.

Information for Vendors: Click on the Register button to reserve your spot and pay online. Advance reservations are required. Indoor (covered) spaces and outdoor (no cover) are available. Booth Registration is due no later than March 1, 2025 or until spaces are filled. Registration is not confirmed until payment is completed.

One vehicle per vendor is allowed on the grounds only during specified move-in and move-out times. Do not bring pets or emotional support animals. Only ADA Assistance Dogs are allowed on the fairgrounds. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the fairgrounds.
