This year at the Clackamas County Fair we have started a new program called Clackamas Kids Creations. Clackamas Kids Creations (CKC) will be upstairs in the Main Pavilion and open for viewing August 15th – 19th 10AM – 11PM. It will showcase kid’s creations from all over Clackamas County. All the elementary schools in the county were contacted, to join us in this amazing thing that has been started. CKC was started to help encourage the youth to further their creativity and grow leadership skills.
How can you win?
Each kid who participated will have a chance to win a ribbon and/or award.
The schools can win by a point system grade vs grade. Each school who wins will receive a trophy to showcase and a cash prize. The cash prize will go toward each winning school’s art department.

Tuesday 8/15:
- 1:00 & 1:30 – ½ hour Story Times with Phillip Yocham from the Canby Library (Handing out Reading Program Materials)
- Youth Music Project Instrument Petting Zoo – 12-4 PM
Wednesday 8/16:
- 1:00 & 1:30 – ½ hour Story Times with Jo Caisse from the Wilsonville Library (Handing out Reading Program Materials)
Thursday 8/17:
- 10:00 & 10:30 – ½ hour Story Times with Phillip Yocham from the Canby Library & Jo Caisse from the Wilsonville Library. (Handing out Reading Program Materials)
- Youth Music Project Instrument Petting Zoo – 12-4 PM
- Saturday 8/19:
10:00 am – 3:00 pm – “Build A Birdhouse” Demonstration and Painting
